What we do with the information you send us, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we collect the details you put in the form: your name, telephone number, email address, the location of the property, the type of work and your description of it.

We do not ask for anything beyond what we need to answer you.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a visit to the property, and to price and carry out work if you go ahead. Nothing you send is used for marketing lists and nothing is sold on.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once they are plainly no longer live. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as we are required to keep them. Exact retention periods to be confirmed.

Who else sees it

Only the people at Crossgates Developments dealing with your enquiry, and any supplier or trade we need to involve in order to price or carry out the work you have asked about.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when a page loads. If analytics are added later, this section must be updated and a consent mechanism added.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
